Bob Gomez – Chairman
Bob has been a Precinct Committeeman for over two and a half years and was elected as Chairman of LD3 by unanimous vote of 194 PCs on March 30th, 2023. Bob is a lifelong Arizonan having been born in Flagstaff, raised in Globe, and graduating from ASU with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing.
Bob has been preparing for the role of Chairman his entire life. He was active in politics and assisting with campaigns since college. With his leadership for companies such as Xerox, Cisco, and Adobe System Bob learned to lead teams and individuals pushing face to face interaction over text and email. Armed with a lifetime of skills Bob launched a real estate investment firm leading to the remodeling and sale of hundreds of Arizona properties.
With three daughters, a son, and stepson to feed, Bob honed his skills in the kitchen leading to chef-level skills he often utilizes when entertaining for friends, family, and the petitioners of his Catholic Church, where he also serves as President and Secretary.
During his time in LD3 Bob was instrumental in helping elect conservative candidates through door knocking outreach, implementing texting campaigns, broadcast phone calls, raising funds for the PC backpack push, and serving on the successful Golden Ticket committee.
When Bob isn’t fulling his duties as father, grandfather, or Precinct Chair you can find him fishing on the lake or happily hacking around the golf course.
MICHELLE RUGLOSKI

Michelle Rugloski – 1st Vice Chair
Michelle has been a Precinct Committeeman for over 4 years and Precinct Captain for 2 years. She was elected by unanimous vote as 1st Vice Chair in March of 2023. Michelle’s career in nursing taught her tenacity, endurance, and compassion, which was very helpful when she knocked personally on over 57,000 doors and made over 67,000 phone calls.
Michelle left her job as a nurse when asked to work as a field organizer for the 2020 Trump Campaign, she reprised the same role for the Kari Lake Campaign in 2022. With the Lord at her back Michelle formed the LD3 Call to Action Committee which was responsible for knocking on 18,000 doors in 90-days leading up to the midterm elections in 2022.
Michelle keeps busy chasing her two teenage boys around assisted by her high school sweetheart husband. To blow off steam Michelle has been known to stop by the gun or archery range. She also enjoys pushing the redline when racing sport bikes and Porsches. To stay in shape she and her husband like to compete in Spartan Races.

Meeting Organization and Speaker Recruitment
David Genge – 2nd Vice Chair
David has been a PC since early 2021 and served as Precinct Captain for over two years. As a devote Christian family man with three young girls David has found great purpose in parental and school board issues. As the former Grayhawk Precinct Captain and as an active member of Paradise Valley Unified School District parent’s group, David was able to help shepherd multiple conservative candidates into school board positions in 2022. David logged over 1,000 interactions in Campaign Sidekick leading up to the 2022 election and advocates for parental rights and improved academics.
When not spending time with family David is an avid marksman and enjoy long rides on his bike. David uses his communication, organization, and strategic skills he honed over the past 20-years as a high-level sales executive when recruiting speakers for meeting, making phone calls, advocating for candidates, and communicating with the Precinct Committeemen in his district.
David knows parental rights are under attack and fights diligently along side parents and school board members while also advocating for election integrity, America First initiatives, and truth and transparency in our political system.
CAROL TORKKO
LD3 SECRETARY
Communications and Administration
Carol Torkko – Secretary
Carol has been a Precinct Committeeman since 2022 and was elected as Secretary overwhelmingly in here first run. Carol’s diverse background in market research, computer programming, and database design combined with her experience as a college professor and business owner make her uniquely qualified for the duties of Secretary pertaining to communications and administrative organization.
Carol was instrumental in driving a successful phone calling campaign for the midterm elections and wrote about an important book Together We Will Save Our U.S. of A in 2016.
Carol has been married for over 54 years, has a daughter and two lovely grandchildren. She is the caption of her tennis team and was the first in her family to achieve a 4-year college degree. Carol is a member of the Sheperd of the Valley Lutheran Church where she began brining post service meals and introduced a prayer ministry.

KEVIN MALDONADO

KEVIN MALDONADO
Kevin has been a PC for over two and half years and was voted Outstanding PC during his time in LD23. Kevin owned and operated a very successful textiles business in the fashion industry. Because of his extensive business experience, Kevin brings tremendous value to many political groups throughout Arizona. Besides serving as treasurer for LD3 Kevin is the treasurer for the US Marshals Posse and Patriots of Arizona. He is also President Elect for the Scottsdale Rotary and board Member for the Foundation.
Kevin was originally born in Laveen and after high school he navigated living in both Los Angeles and New York City. Wanting to protect the conservative values of Arizona Kevin has been focused on our election processes. Kevin has been working to decrease the complexity of our elections and create a more transparent process with built-in audits and free access to information.
When not volunteering or busy with his responsibilities of Treasurer, Kevin enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He is an avid fisherman, accomplished chef, and photographer. To wind down Kevin enjoys shooting and boating.
