Misty was hustling at a young age working full time slinging subs at Giuliano’s Italian Delicatessen. She continued in the fast-paced food service industry for the next twenty years preparing her for the full contact sport of politics. When challenged to ride a bucking mule with the prize of a palomino; 10-yearold Misty didn’t flinch. She rode the bucking mule and won her prized horse. She became an accomplished female rode rider known as an escaramusa. So, the swampy politicians of Arizona have no chance of bucking her.
Misty is all about action – she organized door knocking rallies during 2020 resulting in PCs of LD3 knocked on every single door in each precinct from Anthem to Desert Hills and South to 101. She recently managed the food and beverage as well as the decorating of the Lincoln Lunch. Misty understands the strength in food. She holds monthly potlucks at her home and creates unity, friendship, and community through breaking bread. She arms the PCs in her precinct with action items, information, and tools to ensure they are successful in their communications. She is an endless well of positive, practical energy.
Misty believes in draining the Arizona Swamp. She understands the generational damage being proliferated in Arizona by feckless RINOS. Misty is firmly focused on election integrity knowing if elections are fair, we will elect quality America First representatives and President Trump will return to the White House
When Misty isn’t with her husband and four adult children you can find her relaxing with her four “grand-dogs”, or blowing off steam perusing garage sales and thrift shops.

On May 24th a resolution passed by unanimous vote in support of Sonny Borrelli’s bill to eliminate voting machines that do not reach the standards required by state law. The Arizona House and State Senate have passed the bill and it has been forwarded to the Secretary of State for implementation.
The Precinct Committeemen of Legislative District 3 work tirelessly to elect strong conservative state representatives and understand having fair elections is the cornerstone of our Republic. LD3 stands in solidarity with Senator Borrelli and SCR 1037.

1st Vice Chair sets Jeff DeWit straight
Your extraneous letter to Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Moskowitz lacks any evidence to substantiate that you spent 100 + hours unsuccessfully trying to mediate a solution for LD3, and the court needs to intervene
A mediator’s role is to be a neutral facilitator who brings together two opposing parties to allow them to communicate their issues and help them find an amicable solution.
The first group of people you should have contacted to discuss the issues pertaining to LD3 are the Board Members; however, three (3) of the Board Members who were elected on 12/1/2022 who do not support Candace Czarny were NOT contacted by you.

Rank Choice Voting (RCV)
Beware of the Rank Choice Voting Scheme!
We must keep up the pressure and keep signing the jotforms for removal of government form office and keep signing the affidavits. We can not give up we need to push forward in this and show them we are not backing down. We have both affidavits on both websites now..
For AZ:
Rank Choice Voting (RCV)
🚨Beware of the Rank Choice Voting Scheme!
Beware of those who want to fundamentally change America’s election systems; there is usually a self-serving motivation behind it. Consider Rank Choice Voting (RCV), which purports to solve the problem of divisive two-party elections, but in the end, can lead to mediocre winners who never received a majority of the votes cast. Moreover, it reallocates a voter’s choice to candidates they do not support, and it opens more opportunities to rig the system through this complicated process.
Instead of voting for a candidate that best shares your values (even if not perfectly), RCV has voters rank candidates in order of preference, even candidates the voter does not support. If no one wins more than 50% in the first round, the candidate in last place is dropped. Voters who ranked that candidate first lose their first choice, and now their second choice is counted and distributed accordingly among those remaining. If still no one receives 50% of the vote, the next lowest candidate drops, and those voters’ next choice is counted and distributed accordingly to the remaining candidates. This continues until someone wins 50% of the vote.
Through this process, a faux majority is fabricated to come up with a winner that was never the majority’s choice.
Disenfranchises Voters
RCV often leaves voters disenfranchised because many voters will not rank all candidates – especially those with which they strongly disagree. If their top choices don’t get 50%, their ballot is exhausted, leaving them out of the rest of the process. That’s what happened in a 2021 New York race ending in more than 140,000 ballots being thrown out after a couple of rounds. All those voters were left out of the final decision. It’s one thing to have your vote counted and be on the losing end; it is a whole other thing to be completely left out of the process.
In a 2018 Maine U.S. House election, the Republican who won the most first-choice votes ended up losing to a Democrat after the second round of reallocating votes and eliminating 8,000 votes.
The Heritage Foundation noted a 2015 study revealing that out of 600,000 votes cast using RCV in four local elections in Washington state and California found the winner in all four elections did not win a majority of the total votes cast.
Here’s this from Rosemary Spaulding…
To Everyone, I just wanted you to know that we need to keep up the pressure on our government servants.
Bill Gates said he will not run for his office again for BOS. This is a win for all of us. He said the pressure from the people and the recall help him make that decision!!! This is a start for all of us in the win category.

We must keep up the pressure and keep signing the jotforms for removal of government form office and keep signing the affidavits. We can not give up we need to push forward in this and show them we are not backing down. We have both affidavits on both websites now with videos and links to download the affidavits. I have also put up the link to see the locations that we will be at for signings. We will be looking to go around the State to get as many signatures as we can. If you know of anyone that would like to host a signing party in their home with their Neighbors, Family, Friends we will do that as well.
Please stay with us in this fight. We are all going to make big changes in Arizona. Also know that our affidavits are going out across the Nation as well. We are going to take back our State and our Country. Everything we have done up to now has all worked out for the betterment of what we all what to happen. We want our elected offices to listen to us or know we can and will remove them. We want to have a say in what is going on in this state and if they do not want to listen to us the government can be removed.
All efforts that we have done so far are parts to the bigger picture. We must keep going. We must stay strong to get the changes that we want. We can not give up. So Please sign the jotforms and sign the affidavits. Change is on the way. Do not give up!
